Rik Wilson – President
Former NHL Defenseman and St. Louis Blue
From an early age, Rik was interested in personal fitness, nutrition, health and well being.Hockey is a demanding sport. It requires speed, agility, strength and endurance. Rik has taken his love for fitness and used it to help others become the best they can be.His approach is not, “one size fits all.” Everyone is unique. Also, Rik believes in proper form to reduce injury and variety so that the muscles will continue to strengthen and people see on-going results.He has personally spent over 50,000 hours in one-on-one personal training in his career. Rik believes it’s never too late to start a fitness program.Rik is a member of ACSM – the American College of Sports Medicine
Is a certified personal strength and conditioning trainer that has worked at Power Play for nine years.Marc has been helping high school, college and professional athletes reach their full athletic potential.A former professional wrestler, Marc now enjoys fighting in the MMA just for fun.
Jake joins Power Play with six years of personal training experience and brings many credentials with him including:
- Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Sports Management from Missouri Baptist University
- Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA)
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
- Certified Nutrition Specialist (AFPA)
- Strength Coach for Missouri Baptist Baseball and Kirkwood Hockey
Justin was born and raised in St. Louis. He graduated from Lindenwood with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science.
Growing up he played every sport imaginable. Justin currently plays rugby for the St. Louis Bombers rugby team.
A fun fact: Justin has set foot on every continent with the exception of Antarctica.
