Sports Training for Teens


We have been instrumental in helping high school kids not only get stronger, faster, and better at sports, but we have also helped them gain more confidence and self-esteem. We believe that more confidence comes from the right environment. For teens, it’s a difficult time for them to figure out who they are and where they belong. Positive, strength training helps this process.


Maturing is a process not just for the body but for the mind. While we train our kids to become better athletes and to get in great shape, we also help them like the way they feel. That is perhaps an even a greater achievement. We’ve seen where a shy kid excels because of the positive reinforcement he or she receives from our positive strength training. We’ve seen it over and over again how the benefits of becoming stronger, faster and more confident in their sports training spills over into all areas of our kids’ lives.


It’s vitally important that teenagers are taught the proper way to do weight training and weight lifting. It’s not about who lifts the most at the gym.
